LUMINEX · CITY OF THE OMNISCIENT
The highest heart of the Cyber League. A vertically torn steel dome—platinum light vaults above where golden sunlight floods the private estates of the ten strongest; a neon gear belt in the middle; purple-pink neon streets below; and at the bottom, the Rust Abyss, forever unseen though forever watched from heaven. Light element at its peak: class turned into scenery.
Capital of the UCDC alliance, ruled by the Neumann syndicate—the temple of the Compute-First school. Its motto is one line: "Compute is truth. All can be calculated; what cannot be calculated does not exist." Data waterfalls pour from the light vault; winners live two centuries, losers are computed to death. This city worships not gods, but the algorithm itself.
Anchor warp. No vehicle, no track—space folded like a crease in paper so you pass through in an instant. A platinum pillar slams down; golden rune rings unfold ring by ring; the traveler condenses into solid form from top to bottom. This is not technology showing off—it is upper citizens despising distance itself.
STONEHOLD · CITY OF THE UNYIELDING
A city hollowed from the mountain. Earth-element believers carved the whole peak into a city—beneath kilometers of rock shell lie tunnels, forges, and fortifications dense as a hive. Only a few silent steel spires break the surface; below lies the Cyber League's most unbreakable industrial engine.
Forging as doctrine, defense as faith. Stonehold believes "true strength is not being shattered"—a lifetime spent hammering oneself into a part that can survive any impact. A military council rules, aligned with the Cast-Iron Church's "flesh is weakness." Gifts here are not gold, but a blade that lasts a hundred years.
Electromagnetic launch tunnels. Deployment is not leaving home—it is riding high-speed tunnels inside the mountain into launch wells, then being hurled by rail cannons toward the target. Landing is a pre-calculated hard impact point—no cushioning, no attitude correction. Stonehold warriors are already in combat the moment they land.
VERDANTMERE · CITY OF THE ENTWINED
Land of ten thousand isles and clockwork craft. Countless islands float on jade waters; channels run like veins; timber, bronze, and gears grow together with nature. Water makes the place gentle, but precision hides beneath—every bridge, kite, and boat runs on clockheart gear trains. The least city-like of the seven.
All things organic, all machines alive. Base of the World-Shaping Clinic, devoted to the aesthetic of gradual fusion between flesh and machine—neither erased, but grown into each other. Physicians here can graft a mechanical butterfly wing and leave you feeling for twenty years that it was always part of you.
Clockwork kites and clockwork insects. Silk-tensioned wooden wings, gear trains turning evenly in the belly—kites carry three along the waterways; insects carry warriors over mountains. They are not tools but companions that need care, oil, and rust if left idle too long.
PYROCLAST · CITY OF THE UNQUENCHED
A steel city built in a volcanic caldera. Magma is its blood, obsidian its bone; unending crimson light dyes every building molten iron. Fire element is not decoration here—it is daily life: meals beside lava, sleep in geothermal rooms, the next weapon forged in firelight.
The body is the furnace; pain is the practice. Pyroclast venerates the Forge King—the legendary ancestor who hammered himself into the flame. No blow is wasted; every scar is a forging mark. Forging clans rotate rule; the most honored is not the richest but the smith with the purest hand.
Drill-tornado deployment. Sorties do not leave the gate—they spiral up through carbonized obsidian drill pipes from deep underground until the mouth bursts and a flame tornado rises. When it clears, Pyroclast warriors stand calmly at the center of the battlefield. Flame first, then the person.
MISTHOLLOW · CITY OF THE UNSEEN
A village belt floating in mist. Wood element grown into architecture that barely looks built—treehouses, vine bridges, moss steps, always veiled in faint purple fog. The mist is not weather; it is the city's breath. Walk five steps and the person ahead vanishes from sight.
Mind as root, illusion as path. Misthollow holds that "the body is a temporary vessel; consciousness is real"—spiritual homeland of the Zero Ring. Adepts here use illusion to scramble perception and resonance to tell friend from foe. No king—only those who "hear the mist."
Particle transfer chassis. A whole building or body reverse-3D-printed—layer by layer dissolved into dark-violet particle streams drifting through air, then reassembled at destination. Travelers remember the second between "scatter" and "reform"—in that second, they are nothing.
EVERWINTER KEEP · CITY OF STILLNESS
A city not on the ground. Everwinter's body is a Noah's Ark-class warship suspended high—never landing, never docking. Ice fields below, the ark above. Ice is its moat; the ark its wall—a civilization drifting year-round in minus-thirty skies.
Order like ice, discipline like a blade. Everwinter honors absolute collective tactics; the individual is only a screw in formation. Rulers are the "Captain Council"—votes decide, iron law executes. Any soldier who breaks ranks is frozen into the ice-wall as warning. No heroes here—only arrays.
Ice-rail descent. The mothership never lands; soldiers must slide at speed down temporary ice rails from the hull to the battlefield—deployment is falling, landing is formation. Everwinter trains this from age twelve, because the mothership will not—and cannot—stop for anyone.
CHIMERION · CITY OF FORBIDDEN UNION
City of forbidden union. On the dark border of the Cyber League—the only city-state allowed to "break rules," where breaking is itself the rule. Skies sometimes split; time sometimes stalls; buildings sometimes grow on their own shadows. Dark and space transcend the five elements—so Chimerion transcends reason.
Fusion is truth. A lair of the Void Core. Forbidden smelting thrives—living warriors and mech materials sealed together in void sacs, fused in toxic-green nutrient fluid and dark-violet void energy into chimera mechs of unpredictable power. Rulers are not councils but "Dreamweavers" who run the rite.
Black-hole gates. A ring-shaped rift of dark purple and toxic green tears open; travelers compress into information singularities and violently eject at the far end. Arrivals often fail to recognize themselves for seconds—in singularity state, they briefly cease to be continuous persons.
